BrainStrong Health and Wellness Expo

Epilepsy Foundation Florida is proud to bring you the first-ever Florida Epilepsy & Seizures Wellness Expo. The 2020 event is the first of its kind, setting itself apart through its unwavering commitment to content that addresses all challenges and realities of living with epilepsy and seizures, and most importantly, how whole mind and body wellness affects the brain and epilepsy.

The expo will feature sessions focusing on seizure first aid, mental and physical health and wellness, advancements in anti-epileptic drugs and devices, and Florida advocacy and policy initiatives that impact epilepsy in the state.

The day is designed to be flexible to meet the needs of people with limited time, transportation issues, and at various stages in their epilepsy journey. Come for an hour or stay all day. It’s about customization!

Pick the track that best suits you to get customized resources. We gathered an array of exhibitors, dedicated to both mind and body wellness- from medical professionals to health food and yoga- to support people with seizures. In addition to getting resources, we want you to know you’re not alone.
